Digital web printing

In digital web printing, we combine the individuality of digital printing with the efficiency of a production line. From two machines, peppered with quite a few extras, an extraordinary plant was created.

ProStream 1800

Efficient and variable, digital web printing guarantees the highest print quality and allows extensive personalization of your advertising message. This is possible on both standard papers and special substrates such as recycled papers and cardboard up to 300g/m2.

i-Web

Options for varnishing, die-cutting, gluing and much more are optimally matched to the production of creative advertising.

Cooperation

Together with Canon's ProStream 1800 and iWeb's production line, a customized facility for the production of individual and creative advertising has been created.

Rotation offset

In rotary printing, we have an 8-page and a 16-page press at our disposal. Two exceptional machines, packed with lots of extras for exclusive inline products.

Rotoman

Web offset press for printing 16 A4 pages in one pass. Equipped with the latest technology for the highest quality and efficiency.

Octoman

Web offset press for printing 8 A4 pages in one pass. Thanks to LED UV technology, smaller but also very large print runs are possible in the highest quality.

Special and individual

On both systems, additional units allow perforations, die-cutting or gluing to add value to your print products.

Sheetfed offset

The sheetfed offset is regularly renewed. Currently, we print on two highly automated machines: a 9-color, 16-page machine and a small-format 5-color for high quality and favorable prices.

LED UV drying

Immediately after printing, the ink is dried with LED UV light.

Punching, perforating

Add-on units allow us to perforate and punch inline.

Digital printing

Digital printing is the term used for printing processes in which the data is transferred directly from the computer to the printing press. We distinguish between inkjet-based and laser-based printing processes.

Booklet

The inline bookletmaker enables the shortest deadlines for booklets.
